This all-levels class uses body weight (no dumbbells needed!) and functional, breath-centered movement to help you feel stronger, more stable, and connected. Yoga Strength is designed to support your overall asana practice, improve balance, and support daily movement while honoring yogaโ€™s deeper aim of uniting body, breath, and self-awareness. Expect to leave grounded, strong, and centered.
