Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hola Yoga. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing times

We ship out weekly on Wednesdays. If you are placing multiple orders and would like for them to be combined, please let us know! You'll receive an email with your order information, and a separate email with tracking once Your Order has shipped. If you don't see it after a few days check your **Spam Folder**. If you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, please reach out so we can help you locate your order!

Shipping rate & delivery estimate

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Shipment cost for orders over $75: Free

    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If your shipment is lost or was marked as delivered, please reach out to your local post office first!

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Hola Yoga is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Hola Yoga is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Return & Refund Policy.

Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return Your Order within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. Your Order must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Returns will be refunded for store credit within 7 days of receiving Your Order.

After we receive Your Order, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

In order for Your Order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Your Order was purchased in the last 14 days

  • Your Order is in the original packaging

  • Your Order cannot be returned if:

    • The supply of item(s) are damaged in any way

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Your Order to us. You should send Your Order at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible if Your Order is damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without returned item(s).
