Community Gathering: Book Club
Hola's book club is a chance for our community to join together around a few of our favorite things - yoga, learning, and each other!
Yoga Hike
The practice will include mindful walking, breath-centered movement, and nature-based meditation. All levels of yoga practitioners and hikers/walkers are welcome to explore nature while connecting the mind, body, and breath beneath the trees!
This practice is led by Yoga Therapist and nature enthusiast, Olivia Jimenez.
Somos Pilates x Hola Yoga: Strength + Stillness
Experience the ultimate Friday reset in this special 90-minute collaboration. This session is designed to bridge the gap between effort and ease, leaving you both empowered and deeply relaxed. This collab will include mat pilates, yin yoga, and special giveaways.
All Things Crow: An Arm Balance Workshop
In this progressive skill-building workshop, Alexis will guide you through the mechanics, strength work, and smart progressions that make Crow Pose more accessible for newer practitioners while opening the door to dynamic variations and transitions for more experienced yogis.
Holding Space for Diverse Communities Workshop
This workshop is designed for yoga teachers, educators, therapists, and others who want to share yoga and mindfulness practices beyond the studio setting.
Live Music Slow Flow
Join Ali for a slow, intentional flow set to live, improvised instrumental music. Ali has recruited a duo of her favorite musical collaborators, top-notch session and touring musicians Joe Pisapia and Jamie Dick, to create music in real time to complement and support the energy of the practice.
Yin Yoga Immersion Weekend 2026
Join us for a meaningful in-studio weekend devoted to the powerful, introspective practice of Yin Yoga. This 15-hour immersion is both a training and a personal enrichment experience, offering an in-depth exploration of Yin Yoga’s principles, philosophy, and skillful application.
This weekend is led by Khrys Baltodano + Erika Porter.
Monthly Meditation - March
Our monthly meditation class is designed to introduce those who are new to meditation, while also supporting and refining established practices. Each 60-minute class features a contextual conversation on meditation philosophies, gentle/mindful movement, breath-work, guided meditation, and space for questions.

Celeste will guide students through a deep meditation designed to awaken intuition and support inner visioning for the year ahead. The session will close with a short reflective writing practice, allowing insights to take shape and be carried forward into 2026.
