Think of this class as active recovery for your body and mind.
A dynamic blend of exploratory movement and self–myofascial release (MFR) designed to help you move with more ease, recover smarter, and reduce stress. You'll move through a non-traditional flow that supports strength, mobility, and coordination. You'll also use therapy balls and other props to roll out common areas of tension—like the feet, hips, back, shoulders, and neck. Perfect for athletes, active lifestyles, or anyone carrying stress in the body, this class improves mobility, flexibility, and posture while calming the nervous system. It’s also an excellent complement to strength training, running, and other sports—supporting cross-training, enhancing recovery, and helping prevent injury. Flow + Mobility leaves you feeling balanced, resilient, and ready for whatever’s next.
