A dynamic blend of vinyasa flow and self–myofascial release (MFR), it’s designed to help you move with more ease, recover smarter, and reduce stress. You’ll flow through accessible yoga sequences, then use therapy balls and other props to roll out common areas of tension—like the feet, hips, back, shoulders, and neck.
