This all-levels heated class uses body weight (no dumbbells needed!) and functional, breath-centered movement to help you feel stronger, more stable, and connected. Yoga Strength is designed to support your overall asana practice, improve balance, and support daily movement while honoring yoga’s deeper aim of uniting body, breath, and self-awareness. Expect to leave grounded, strong, and centered.
