Community Gathering: Stretch + Swap

Join us for a 60 min Flow + Yin class followed by a pop-up clothing swap!

Come with friends or meet new ones, and give your wardrobe a fresh, sustainable update. Whether you're clearing out your closet or searching for a hidden gem, this is your chance to trade fashion finds and connect with your community. As part of the afternoon, you’ll also get a first taste of our new tea offerings from Monet Infusionz with complimentary iced tea samples, plus the opportunity to purchase your favorites to enjoy at home.

Invite your friends, family, and neighbors, and let’s make this a successful swap for all!

Guidelines

  1. Book Your Class on Mariana Tek

  2. Bring  your mat + 15 or less gently loved items. Remember quality is more important than quantity!

  3. Check in and hand your items to a member of our desk team

  4. Enjoy Class!

  5. Join us after class for browsing, beverages, and new friends!

What types of items are welcome?
Gently loved clothing, shoes, hats, and bags, are welcome. Please bring only freshly laundered items free of pet hair, strong odors, and stains. Our goal is to make this swap a pleasant experience for all, so high-quality, clean donations are essential! We know it can be difficult to find size inclusive clothing swaps, so we are encouraging folks of all sizes and gender expressions to join us.

What types of items NOT to bring.
Children’s clothing, undergarments, swimwear, socks, jewelry, sunglasses, and other accessories will not be accepted at this event. Items that are torn, stained, or excessively worn.

Can I bring more than 15 items?
We limit the number of items to 15 per person. This allows us to hold space for everyone’s items. If you are interested in donating more than 15 items, we can recommend several local shelters that are accepting donations.

Please bring a reusable bag for any items you’d like to take home. All unclaimed clothing will be donated to People Loving Nashville following our event.
