In honor of Juneteenth, this special Heated Yoga Strength class is for those in the Black community seeking joyful movement and connection.
This all-levels heated class is upbeat, energizing, and designed to help you feel strong, empowered, and grounded. Using body weight (no dumbbells needed!) and functional, breath-centered movement, we’ll build strength, improve stability, and move with intention—all while having fun together.
Expect great energy, empowering movement, and an opportunity to celebrate community through mindful movement. As always, we honor yoga’s deeper aim of connection: uniting body, breath, and self-awareness.
