Full Bio:
Kayla began her yoga practice at a time when she was deeply seeking connection to herself and the world around her. After moving to Nashville in 2024 by way of Charlotte, North Carolina she quickly fell in love with the Hola community while completing her 200 yoga teacher certification. Kayla is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and she uses her knowledge of the body to build flows guided by her strong desire to help people feel powerful and capable in their bodies.
Her teaching style is informative, upbeat, and adaptable, and she always encourages students to take what they need and leave the rest—both on and off the mat. In her classes, you can expect thoughtful sequences, upbeat music, and drills designed to ground and challenge you.
When she isn't in the studio, Kayla enjoys spending her time out in nature, cooking up new soup recipes, or training for her next road race.
