Full Bio:
Michelle began practicing yoga over a decade ago, and it has been the constant she comes back to in her journey in being present with herself and understanding the connection between brain and body. Because of the meaningful role yoga has played in her own life, joining the Hola team just made sense.
Outside of yoga, she enjoys hiking, collecting rocks, reading, and taking photos of the little moments.
