What to Expect:
Warm-up & Mobility Prep – Strengthening and opening shoulders, wrists, and core.
Foundation Work – Understanding weight distribution, bandhas (energy locks), and body mechanics.
Key Poses Breakdown & Drills:
Beginner-Friendly: Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow, Baby Grasshopper
Intermediate: Flying Pigeon, Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II, Fallen Angel, Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
Advanced Explorations: 8 Angle and Firefly/Tittibasana, Handstand progressions, Press Handstand, Transitions
Inversion Playtime – A safe space for hands-on practice with support.
Cool Down & Integration – Restorative stretches & guided savasana.

Alexis will guide you on building strength, stability, and confidence in these empowering postures. We’ll break down key techniques, explore alignment principles, and practice drills to support safe and sustainable progress. Whether you're new to balancing on your hands or refining your inversion practice, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of how to approach these poses with control, playfulness, and ease.
