Strength from the inside out.

An all-levels, dynamic vinyasa class that focuses on core strengthening exercises. This class is an opportunity to build strength in your deep core muscles. It will focus on strengthening not only the abdominal muscles, but also the muscles deep in the body that support the spine which allow for powerful alignment awareness. Each class will incorporate abdominal work, traditional asana postures, and breath work – all with an emphasis on developing the power that lies at the core center of the body.
