Khrys baltodano
Khrys has been teaching yoga since 2015. Her first love was, and continues to be, a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa class. In searching for more balance, her personal practice and her teaching has evolved to include more gentle practices such as Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Restorative Yoga, and meditation. A self-described, Type-A personality, the inclusion of Yin Yoga has created much needed harmony in Khrys’s daily life, both physically and mentally. As a cyclist and occasional runner, she is passionate about incorporating Yin into her recovery and believes every athlete would benefit from the intentional and deep stretching offered in Yin Yoga. Khrys began her formal studies in Yin during her 300 hour training in 2020.
