Join us each month for a therapeutic sound experience devoted to connection to self. Every class includes immersive sound along with complementary practices such as meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement. Settle in with bolsters, blankets, and sand mats for a nourishing and fully supported experience. Tambura, chimes, and grounding tones invite the body and mind to find ease. This is an hour dedicated to returning to center and resting in awareness.
