Full Bio:

Liz has been practicing yoga for 15 years. Her time at Hola has helped crystallize her relationship to the quieter, more introspective dimensions of the practice and continues to shape the way she teaches.

Her journey on the mat began with Mysore-style Ashtanga and has evolved into a softer, slower flow guided by the body’s wisdom and needs. She believes in the transformative power of the breath and its impact on our wellbeing, and strives to create a safe, inclusive space where students can move in rhythm with their own breath and bodies.

Off the mat, you can find Liz biking and birding along the greenway or loitering at Elegy, greeting every dog that passes by.
