Full Bio:

Lauren first discovered Hola through a recommendation from a friend when she moved to Nashville three years ago. Hola’s devotion to creating a welcoming, connective, and inclusive environment has kept her coming back ever since.

She brings a deep passion for wellness, service, and helping others feel connected and supported. She believes that creating a space for movement, intention, and community can have a meaningful impact on how we care for ourselves and one another. 

Lauren currently works as a volunteer and youth program manager at a local arts nonprofit, where she enjoys creating opportunities for meaningful engagement in the arts community for people of all ages. She’s excited to bring that same spirit of care and community to her role at Hola in order to help create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outside, exploring her creative side through different mediums, and making memories with the special people in her life.
