Full Bio:

Jack Stell has been practicing yoga in Nashville for over a decade. His teaching style focuses on the connection of body, breath, and staying present. His vinyasa flows build strength through fluid movement and breath combination. One of his favorite things is helping guide people to be more in their bodies and aware of their feelings.

As a performer and artist, Jack has used his yoga learn and grow to discover and build. As a nonprofit professional, he uses his yoga practice to reduce stress and build focus. As a person in 2026, he uses yoga to stay sane. Through an approachable yet challenging practice, he hopes to help build the Hola community in Germantown.
