Full Bio:
Daisy began practicing yoga at the age of 13, originally as a weekly ritual with her dad that quickly grew into a meaningful family tradition. With a background in theatre and competitive dance, movement has always been a powerful form of expression and connection for her. Yoga eventually became a grounding practice—one that supports her in navigating anxiety and depression while helping her reconnect mind and body in a gentler, more joyful way. Joy is at the heart of Daisy’s practice and teaching; she believes movement can be both nourishing and playful, and she loves creating spaces where students feel supported, present, and free to explore what brings them joy. Through intentional movement and breath, Daisy hopes to help students cultivate connection within themselves and share that joy beyond the mat. When she’s not teaching, you can find Daisy hosting karaoke nights, teaching line dancing, or spending time with her cat
