Full Bio:
Carly practices yoga to move toward a deeper, more spacious experience—on and off the mat. She brings the same intention into her classes, placing focus on mindful breathing, intentional movement, and self-attunement. With a deep respect for her fellow students, she hopes to create an affirming environment for exploration, rest, and even play.
This practice found Carly in 2007 while she was studying Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University, and she fell in love with the sense of connectedness, strength, and expansion yoga cultivates. After 15 years of practice, she completed her 200-hour training at Hola Yoga in early 2024. She’s since taught yoga in community settings, public schools, and in partnership with local non-profits (including our beloved BeWell in School). She’s delighted to be teaching alongside so many talented teachers at Hola Yoga, her home studio.
