Full Bio:
Cal has been an avid student of yoga for nearly 10 years and received their 200 hour yoga teacher certification in February 2025. Practicing yoga has helped Cal show up in the world as their authentic self, occupy space freely, and forge a strong mind-body connection. As a teacher, Cal is passionate about creating a space where folks in all types of bodies can access rest and regulation. Cal’s practice is rooted in self-determination, respect, and regulation. Students will explore movement as a modality for integrating the present moment with the breath.
