Full Bio:
Ann focuses on ways we can listen more deeply to the body through breath, sound, movement, and mindfulness - creates space for self-compassion and connection - thoroughly enjoys the slow and simple things in life - Ann became RYT-200 in Kona, HI in 2016 and has deepened her teaching practice over the last 10 years through meditation, sound healing, and grief work. She believes by learning to listen to one's own inner wisdom, we can create and live a life of authenticity, love, and truth.
