Full Bio:

Alex has been practicing yoga since 2010, initially drawn to the physical benefits of asana before discovering how deeply yoga could shape the way she moved through everyday life. After moving to Nashville in 2018, she deepened her practice and found her home at Hola Yoga Studio in late 2021, where the strong sense of community inspired her to join Hola’s first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Alex believes yoga is for every body and supports us through all seasons of life. She’s honored to help students find their breath and reconnect mind and body -- both on and off the mat. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Alex working with creators, exploring the outdoors with her fiancé and two rescue pups, or tinkering with her film cameras.
