Koula Callahan

RYT 200

Koula began practicing yoga in 2006 as a way to restore her body in between high school soccer seasons. Though she was originally drawn to the restorative practice, she quickly fell in love with vinyasa and has been teaching vinyasa yoga since 2015. Her classes, while physically challenging, encourage self discovery and usher students into a deeper, truer form of self care. She believes deeply that movement is healing — and when we connect deeper with our bodies, we’re able to connect deeper to ourselves and those around us.

Outside of yoga you can find Koula on the golf course, eating Belly Ham Pizza at City House, or on the beach with her tiny fluff of a dog, George.
