Why We Require an Application 

Hosting a workshop is a collaborative effort between the teacher and the studio. While workshops are a great way to showcase your specialty, deepen student connections, and strengthen your personal brand, they also require significant behind-the-scenes work. Each workshop represents a meaningful investment from the studio, with operational costs starting at $250, plus the opportunity cost of management time. To ensure mutual success, we vet workshops based on potential attendance, marketing feasibility, and alignment with our current offerings.

The success of your workshop depends greatly on your active involvement in spreading the word and inspiring attendance. Choosing the timing of your workshop wisely ensures you have the bandwidth to fully commit to promoting it with intention and enthusiasm.

To be considered, submit your application 3 months before your desired workshop date. Marketing typically begins 6-8 weeks in advance for new workshops.
