Join us Second Saturdays!
The beauty of yoga is that you can do it anywhere. Our Yoga Hike is a 90-120 min experience set on hiking trails throughout Greater Nashville ranging from 2.5-3 miles. Available to book as an individual, with a friend, or as a private group, these weekend excursions combine mindfulness practices with the natural backdrop Nashville. The hike will include yoga stops offering postures, stretches, meditation and pranayama. All levels of yoga practitioners and hikers are welcome to explore nature while connecting the mind, body, and breath beneath the trees! Hikes are led by Yoga Therapist and hiking enthusiast, Olivia Jimenez. This is a small group experience, so we highly encourage you to reserve your spot ahead of time. If space allows, drop-ins can be registered at the start of the hike. Please arrive 5-10 min early, the group leaves from the trailhead exactly on time!

** Hikes are for humans 12+. Unfortunately, no furry friends. We adore pups of all kinds, but, in our experience, we have found that it can become very distracting for the group. For families with younger children join us for a private hike!
Online registration closes at 4pm on the Friday before the hike. To book after this time, call or text us at 615-964-7886!
If you are pre-registered for a workshop or event, and you cancel 48 hours prior to the start time, you will receive account credit to your Hola Yoga account. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund or credit.
