Erika has over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2010 after receiving her 200-hour certification in Chicago. Erika specializes in alignment and anatomical integrity of yoga postures. She firmly believes in the power of the mind/body connection. Erika’s classes are challenging yet accessible. She aims to educate students on their own inner power as she believes it is the key to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She uses yoga as a tool for self-awareness for a happier and healthier life.
