Start off the New Year by setting your intentions for 2025 with bottomless herbal tea by Understory Herbals.

This event will be a time of looking inward, goal and ritual setting, and learning yogic tools to stay centered and grounded throughout the year. Previous Hola instructor, folk herbalist, and owner of Understory Herbals, Taylor Traglia, will lead you through a guided meditation, journal prompts, and herbal support with a focus on ringing in the New Year.

Attendees can expect intention and goal setting, to craft a personalized, loose-leaf tea blend to take home, journaling, and meditation. Bring your favorite diary and pen, a mug, and your mat!
